Ott Jones, a professional sculptor for 38 years. Growing up in Spokane, WA, he has been a wildlife enthusiast and outdoorsman since he was a boy. Ott attended Washington State University on a tennis scholarship. After graduating, he went to Alaska and worked as a fishing guide for three summers and a welder’s helper in Prudhoe Bay for a year. It was then that he realized sculpting was his passion. Ott, his wife Joan of 38 years, and their four children live in Bozeman, MT. "I am fortunate in having a career as a wildlife sculptor and living in Montana. "It’s a great place to raise a family and to work as a artist. The abundant wildlife, wilderness and resources, provides me with endless ideas and inspiration for my work.”
